THE EGO!
the ego its that Little voice in your head that appears to be your best friend, he´s you, he´ll make you feel happy or put the gun to your temple and squeeze the triger!
Once you realice its there, its even worst, you´ll start a war and chances are you are going to lose.... its easier to just let go, let him rule your life, it would be like living a dream where you falsely believe your the staring role.
in order to change this fkg world we must first overcome our EGO!

Yes. The ego appears as our friend, more so, we identify with the ego.
Without observation of our thoughts it is almost impossible to realize that the ego is not who we are. Once we realize we are not the mind/ego we can start finding out who we really are... Upvoted!
