Rinspeed Dock + Go, is a trunk with two wheels that is compact in the rear of the vehicle in order to offer more space for luggage.
Rinspeed Dock + Go, can be disassembled when not necessary, this backpack can be customized with different compartments to give it the right use.
In addition this incredible module is coupled to another electric motor helps recharge the car's batteries; Dock + Go batteries are charged with solar energy through solar panels located on the roof, so it does not need to be plugged into the power grid.

but the Rinspeed Dock + Go never became an actual product nor even had a prototype. It was a nice concept... drawing.Apologies, but after further investigation, the Rinspeed Dock + Go was actually shown at the Geneva Car Show as an actual prototype. Accordingly your hunt is valid.
The engineering was well though out. It is a good solution for car owners that do not have enough space during a weekend trip. It is also felixible as it can be reconfigured to suit the needs of its user---pick-up or close van type. Awesome hunt, @vengador!
