Breaker is a downloadable platform that delivers audio and visual content to you. You rent that content for 48 hours and pay the artist (who sets their own prices) directly with Ethereum.
Interestingly, you can hook up your credit card to pay for the Ethereum, so you don't have to mess around with Exchanges if you don't want to. The payments to the artists can be split up so all bandmembers or creatives get their share. It's such a simple thing, but it makes such a difference.
Anyone can be an artist who uploads their content to be consumed by others, however:
Breaker Pro has three distinct fees: a token creation fee, an upload fee, and a platform fee.
It's not free, but I think that's good... it should mean that only quality content that the artists think can be monetized is uploaded.

WOW! I think it is a wonderful initiative that promote creativity and reward creators for their work. With both crypto and fiat option, this will encourage great adoption from people. Those who share their creative work freely on social media can now monetize them for ethereum or fiat directly into their account. This is a good idea and one which must be promoted well for creators of artistic works to see and benefit from. Nice hunt!
Thanks @smyle! With YouTube becoming more and more crazy with their copyright claims (I read a reddit post yesterday whose content is 100% original and yet got 1800 copyright claims over the weekend, and has to go through and manually dispute them all) it's nice to see other alternative platforms.
I have loved the use of blockchain to fight piracy and connect artists directly to the fans and people that consume the content they produce. So a platform like Breaker is the real deal, enabling artists to rent their work for ethereum.
Thanks for your comment @focusnow. It's tough for creators, the potential for people to make a lot of money on YouTube is huge... but it's so incredibly easy for them to be demonetized for not being Advertiser-Friendly or get nuisance copy-right strikes, etc. Platforms like Breaker are clearly perfect for consumers and creators, and you know, less so for advertisers... which is great.
