What is it?

Zoom.ai is an AI assistant which has been designed to help make your work days easier, this application aims to help make you more productive by reducing the amount of time you spend doing "busy work".

So what can it do?

So here's a list of different features that zoom.ai have to offer:

  1. It can help you schedule meetings.
  2. Provide you with the information you need prior to your meetings.
  3. Make introductions between you and other colleagues.
  4. Generate documentation
  5. Search through all of your documentation, files, etc to take away the hassle of finding files when you need them most.
  6. Answer questions and answers from it's internal knowledge base about your company and colleagues (if you train it with that information of source).
  7. Arrange travel through it's ability to book Uber when you need them.
  8. Transcribe meetings so you never forget anything important.

To make things better, they also support a wide number of different channels which the assistant can help you on. These include, but are not limited to:

  • Slack
  • Skype
  • Telegram
  • Facebook Messenger
  • SMS
  • Google Hangouts

and they can connect to a number of different programs and software which you use to make your day to day easier. Here's a few:

  • Box
  • Salesforce
  • Linkedin
  • Jira
  • Onedrive
  • Google
  • Office 365

      Pros:

      • This is an incredible idea... I definitely have to look into this in more detail.
      • A lot of my work is repetitive, be very interesting to know exactly what I can and can't automate with this tool.

      Cons:

      • $25 a month is pretty steep for something that may be amazing, or might totally not work for you at all... I'd love to see some reviews on this. Although, transcribing meetings might be worth it all by itself.

        Hey! I think i've seen this before when it's still in beta!! Also am a fan of Roy Pareira the founder of Zoom.ai!!

        Pros:

        • Cheap and efficient AI program to optimize employee productivity.
        • Real Life example

        Cons:

        • Caters mostly to professional and corporate types.

        Overall:

        • Corporate bureaucracy is certainly ripe for disruption. And Zoom.ai is proof that computers arent only replacing minimum wage service workers and is giving the typical office ladies a run for their money. I wonder who's next on the AI crosshairs.

          Here is my review on this hunt:

          PROS :

          • Have information automatically sent to you in the morning and right before your meeting.
          • Automate document generation securely and with ease.
            -Search through all of your connected data including files,calendar events, and people.
          • Set a ride for a specific time so you don't forget.

          CONS :

          • No cons. This is very helpful.
