Polyamide Solar Panel Rails are the best alternative of Aluminium Rails, because it has the ability to transfer solar power most effectively than the Aluminium. Polyamide Solar Panel rails have the following qualities;
- Polyamide is lighter in weight & its density is 1.35 g/cm3 while aluminum mountings have 2.70 g/cm3.
- It has no conductivity while aluminum have the conductivity which can cause danger for solar panel energy system.
- It also has oxidation resistance while Aluminum has no oxidation resistance.
- Polyamide mountings life is approx. 50 years while Aluminum mountings life is lower because it is only 30 years.
- Polyamide Mountings has also lower cost than Aluminium Mountings .
- Polymaide is kind of plastic so it is electrically insulated material and there is no chance of leakage of electricity (more safe) while the use of aluminum can cause the discharge and leakage of electricity.
7.Polyamide is actually a plastic; so its life is longer than the aluminum.
