considering the fact that it is designed by therapists , this chat bot is much greater than what you can think of.it has already had 15 million conversations and it seems it saved a life. Would definitely recommend it to my friends who are suffering from depression and loneliness

What I like about this bot is that it links to stretching vids, has meditation coaching, does CBT, positivity exercises... it's a ton of stuff all wrapped into one
