Anybody who leaves their pet tied outside in this day and age is unfortunately taking some serious risk I guess it does the depend on the area, you wouldn't leave your children tied outside right? Well the Dog parker offers a solution it include internet connectivity and an app allowing owners to see their pet through a camera, the kennel also is only opened through the app, it's even temperature controlled, while a decent idea I'm not sure many businesses would bother.
