Kali Linux is an open source project for Linux operating system that is useful for testing the security of a system in a network.
This one operating system is famous for its hacking features.
Some cool features like:
- GPG marks some packages and repos
- Safe development environment
- Modify the kernel that has been patched for injection
- Supports ARMEL and ARMHF
- Over 300 penetration testing tools
- and many other
For now, this tool can only be run on some devices like:
- CuBox
- EfikaMX
- Galaxy Note 10.1
- Samsung Chromebook
- rk3306 mk/ss808
- Raspberry Pi

You forgot to mention everthing runs as root. Black arch Linux is a mich better pentesting distro imo and they have a docker image available online.
