This is surely not for "giving money" for money. This is for letting the new user fully "experience" the DApps and blockchains. During the month the user will be able to use Steemhunt, Steemit, and all other Steem apps and have plenty chances to get upvotes by others (including us too). Without this sp, they won't be able to even have the chances to get upvotes because they can't create much content. For the most issue, the weird looking error messages will freak them out - bounced out.

Also, this will cost a lot for us even though it is 15SP delegation for just a month. Steemhunt should be able to maintain enough SP pool to support this for a mass level.
