OfferLetter is a service that aims to fill the negotiation gap - the difference in compensation among employees based on negotiation skill at the time of the offer. I myself have come to realize that I was a bit of a pushover when I got my first offer, and while I've been told that "it's okay" to just not have that extra bonus and it's not that much... I can sense you shaking your head at me in awe already at why I would ever accept that reasoning.
I haven't been totally up for purchasing this service right away, at $250 (apparently discounted) I still hesitate over the hidden content, whether it's just peppy advice or heavily actionable. I think what's available for viewing is still worth looking over, and at the least it's in the right space - gets you thinking about something that you may have not thought about before.

One of the challenges new Freelance writers face is how much to charge for their services. The negotiation part might be quite dicy.
The same happens to people just starting a new job. It is good to have products like this that cater to the problem.
