This prosthesis is an enhancement and the latest of its product type. It is micro-processor knee that enables amputees to be more active and independent. It adjusts itself automatically from stairs to ramps to different surfaces. It has stumble recovery function, which I can not find from the website as to how it works. I wonder if it will push the user upward so the user gets back on his or her feet again.
What's more, it can be controlled through the Cockpit app which is available on both Android and iOS.

I've seen someone who lost one leg and used crutches as a child. He said he lost his leg to a landmine while fighting on the battlefield. His step forward seemed very difficult and worried about how he would live when he got older later. In the past, crutches and wheelchairs used to help these people, but nowadays leg prostheses have developed a lot, giving them more choice. The woman in the clip wore leg prostheses and was able to do most of her daily life by herself. I hope that many of these kinds of products are developed so that people with disabilities can enjoy everyday life without any inconvenience.
I too can imagine a few people whom I've known using crutches and wheelchairs. And yes, I thought things must be hard for them. I just hope products like this prosthetic leg will be more available and affordable globally so even those at lower class can experience freedom from their disability.
i must commend you for such a great hunt. Am still surprised by the multi function this c-leg carries. My uncle lost his leg and something like this was the aid he used during his lifetime. If you see him coming, you will never know he had that issue. The balance and comfort was so swift and i am sure this is an improved version of it. @macoolette

Definitely companies and hospital would love to fund this type of product, although its expensive but its therapeutic, it means - people will have a chance to walk again properly, giving them hope.

I think it's a great product for people who lose one of their legs because of any accident or health problems. Because, in general, many prosthetic limbs people have difficulty doing sports, climbing stairs and moving on slippery surfaces.

I think this great prosthesis is the latest evolution of the microprocessor knee, because it allows a better stability thanks to a permanent calculation, in real time and automatically its position thus avoiding the falls. The prosthesis is always at the desired place at the right time! This function also allows smooth and smooth walking, reducing the effort required to move the patient.
