The glue isn't a robot. Why take the welding-worker's job? :)

Pros:

• Welding is not healthy work, with this, they can avoid some illness.
• Looks cheaper like the welding stuffs and protective clothing.

Cons:

• I don't want to know what happens, if i got it all over my hands :S
