So it's analogous to the little Chinese USB fans, only for a hundred bucks? Seriously, judging from the video, it works like fans, but sprays water to lower body temperature through evaporation. I have several of these little fans at home that charge via micro-USB, and I take them with me outdoors because they help cool me down. Only I ordered them in China for ten times less.
