Wow! this is an innovative and unique approach to keep things in cold storage without any electricity. I see the name "Mitti" comes from Hindi word Mud which has been used to make this refrigerator.

I have drunk water stored in mud pots in the summertime. the water is cool enough to quench the thirst with coolness and quality. it is far better than the bottles kept in fridges because of the mud pot's nature of being cool in hot climates. a great idea to be encouraged.
