SteemHunt Has Raised Over 500k Steem in IEO's
Many people look to @steemmonsters as a powerful dapp on the Steem blockchain because they sold 500k Steem worth of cards. Steem Monsters currently has roughly 430k Steem (between SP, SBD and Steem) in their wallet to use as a war chest to build their company going into the future. Well a lot of their card sales were made when Steem was over $2. So their war chest is much smaller holding through the bear market. @Steemhunt on the other hand was powering down their SP continuously, until the bear market hit the bottom when they stopped powering down, and are now building up their Steem holdings. Earlier today Steemhunt sold $80,000 USD worth of their Hunt tokens. That is equal to 175733.06 Steem. I didn't do the math on the rounds before this, but I believe there have been over 3 rounds selling over $80k each. I cant wait to watch what the Steemhunt team does with these resources. Who knows, maybe they will buy some SP.

Honestly, with this rate of the sales of the hunt tokens @steemhunt has the chance to stand strong in this bear market. We all are hoping they've got something nice planned down.

I like that #steemhunt is not only building SP but putting the steem they earn into real world adaptations. We need to show the world that #steem is a currency that's wanted. The more people use, the more companies will accept etc etc. So right on #steemhunt

Interesting analysis with some options I didn't thought of previous. It's clear the Steemhunt has different strategy from Steemmonsters and where things will go from here probably we'll need to wait and see.
While I appreciate the both DApps and I am quite involved in them, I have a feeling that Steemhunt brings more to the community and engages people in a more creative way compare to Steemmonsters.
@nygma I agree. Steemhunt is bringing real world value to businesses, different than just another gaming dapp. Having said that Steem Monsters and Drugwars are better than just another gaming dapp.
I also like how Steemhunt is leveraging Steem onto exchanges, demanding exchanges get ready for SMT's.
