Thanks for your hunt. As per my understanding the CottonCoin blockchain is not yet an active product and so far only the wallet of the platform is functional (also because of the AirDrop).

Sadly enough, an active product is required for blockchains to be featured on Steemhunt, as per our posting guidelines section 8:

share an ICO which currently has no live product

No problem and worry not, there’s no penalty. As I told another hunter who also submitted cotton coin, thanks for making me aware of this potentially awesome chain, I’m a big fan of “co-op” style chains.
