FPV Freerider is intresting game for Windows, macOS, and Linux offering LOS and FPV flying. Self-leveling and acro modes are included. 3D full version flight mode is also available.
You need a pretty powerful computer for the simulator to run smoothly. If necessary you can run it at lower resolution in order to get better framerate.

Thanks for your hunt but I can not approve it because the game does not have its own website. The itch.io platform specifically was one of the reasons why we introduced that rule (PG7) as the platformm is full with “weekend jam” games.
