Okay, I'll be honest. When I first looked at the title I thought this was the most frivolous invention ever. We're born with two perfectly good thumbs (most of us) and that's been good enough for as long as there have been humans! But curiosity got the best of me and I watched the video.

For people who've never interacted with a prosthetic before, this is a great introduction and it's really well designed to be able to move so naturally. I'd most likely never use it (unless one of my real thumbs was out of commission) but it's a good thing that inventions like this are out there pushing boundaries. 👍👍...👍
