A plate made from fallen palm leaves? Quite interesting I must say. I initially thought the palms would have to be cut down and the leaves harvested but on reading in between the line, I was proven wrong. We should be thinking of abandoning plastics totally in the next few years.
That's right @gentleshaid, palm leaf plates don't need to cut the tree or harvesting the leaves. But only need to take fallen leaves. it's like taking something that is already useless to create an innovation with high use value

Great idea in general and they are definitely more environmental friendly than usual plastic plates but still you have to keep in mind they have to be shipped basically half around the world which also generates a ton of pollution (that is also why I really do not like words like "eco-conscious choice" in their promotion). Besides that if you are just about functionality you can easily buy normal dishes with the money those are costing.
Haha my review sounds quite negative despite I really like them but still had to address these points.

but at least there are innovations to reduce Plastic waste which have become a big problem in life today. Palm leaf plates use something from nature that was originally considered useless to be a high value item and which is an important point for one of the solutions to guarding the earth.

Another intelligent product on SH, which kills two birds with one stone. It would not only be helpful in minimizing the usage of non-disposable plastic plates but it would also be helpful in utilizing the palm leaves for a constructive purpose and financial advantage.

A great idea to throw less plastic into the environment again. I myself try to do without plastic as much as possible. The "Palm leaf Plates" look very good and would be a better alternative to plastic. Very good hunting, thank you.

From using palm leaves straight from the plant to process it for a plate, we come a long way, and it is in the right direction. Hope this product can become a morn and catch on, so that we can have a second option instead of using paper or plastic plates.

I really like the design of this product. It seems to be lightweight and easy to handle. But the disadvantage of regular wood is that it is weak in water, I wonder what this product is.
when I was little I often played with palm leaves. I sit on it and my friend is attractive, like a vehicle. Palm leaves have a strong structure and there is a layer of wax on it, so it is not easily damaged if exposed to water.

That's a great concept of reducing plastic waste and saving our environment - we need more of these similar products. Palm leaf plates being eco-friendly in nature and made from leaves gives it an artistic design and the best part is that it decomposes naturally without causing any harm to the environment. Nice hunt.
