Arabic learners and those who deal with the translation from it into other languages, often face a problem of absence of diacritics. This system of signs is used for designating in writing short vowel sounds and some other features of pronunciation that can not be displayed in letters. It is difficult to read Arabic text without diacritics, because it is not always possible to determine which word is written. Harakat
