The important thing is to accept feedback and criticism with a positive mind and not get upset when you get negative feedback. Often if you can solve a problem quickly the customer will become loyal for life.
There is profit and in loss in business but we should try new tools to expand business and explore new ideas. so according to me this is gonna be a helpful for sure.
