It looks like a cheaper version of the medical back brace. I have the proper back brace that I can wear and adjust if required. I think this is a good item though as it gets you to get into a good habit of having the right posture. Poor posture is what gives you the back pain and training the muscles is the way to rectify this. I think combined with therapy this will work as you need to first make sure your spine is straight by realigning it. This would be useless if you wore it without having the correct treatment first.Great hunt.
