Wow, what a hunt, great, mind-blown. Often contracts signed are on paper or pdf which is not smart. Sometimes workers are not smart and they get fooled. Now, the problem is solved. Blockchain will ensure, no cheating and full meritocracy. Employee will be motivated. Low cost for employers. Win win.
