Load Break Switch
Swich Load Break Switch (LBS) is a three phase phase switch or circuit breaker for off-field placement on a pile, which is electronically controlled. switches with placement on the pile are optimized via remote control and automation schemes. Swich breaker load is also a vacuum cleaner system isolated by SF6 gas in a stainless steel tank and sealed. its full-insulated cabling system and simple pile mounting system that makes the installation process faster at a lower cost. its electronic control system is placed on a control box made of stainless steel so it can be used in various environmental conditions. The control panel (user-friendly) and withstand all weather conditions. remote monitoring and control systems can also be added without the need to add Remote Terminal Units (RTUs).

LBS with SF6 Gas
Construction and Operation Load Break Switches and Sectionalisers are described as follows. load Break Swicth uses a puffer interrupter inside a fully welded stainless steel tank filled with SF6 gas. Interrupters are placed in groups and driven by the spring mechanism. it is operated both manually and with a DC motor in the motor compartment under the tank. Electric motors come from 24V batteries in the control room. current transformers are installed in the tank and connected to electronic elements to provide an interference indication and line measurement. there are epoxy bushing-bushings with capacitive voltage transformers, these are connected to electronic elements to provide line sensing and measurement. the electronic control elements located in the control room have the same standard used to operate the intelligent swicthgear, which is connected to the swicthgear with the control cable inserted into the Swicth Cable Entry Module (SCEM) located within the motor compartment.
using TM-19 Construction.
Construction TM-19 is a special pole mounted LBS (Load Break Switch) at the top. Has double traves. Isolator used type of suspension.

is a breaker device used to close and open on the main safety / recloser components, the DS can not be operated directly, as it has a specially designed design and has a specific class or specification, if imposed for direct operationit will cause a fire bow that can be fatal.what is meant by the direct operation is the connection or disconnection of power by using DS at the time the DS is still powered voltage.
the operation of the DS can not be simultaneously but operated one by one because between one DS with another unrelated DS, usually using a stick (a special stick) that can be extended or shortened according to the distance where DS is located, the DS itself consists ofceramic material as a support and a metal-based knife as its switch.3. Air Break Switch (ABSw)
Air Break Switch (ABSw) is a connecting device that functions as a separator and is normally installed on an external network. Usually the contact medium is air which is equipped with arc damper / interrupter in the form of air blowing. aBSw is also equipped with arc damper which serves to muffle the arc arcing caused at the time of opening / removing ABSw knife in the condition of the tension. then ABSw is also equipped with a fulcrum insulator as ABSwriter support, contact blade as a motion contact that functions to open / disconnect and connect / insert ABSw, as well as ABSw handlebar that acts as a ABSw blades drive rod. routine maintenance performed for ABSw because it is often operated, resulting in the knives being worn and there is a gap when inserted into the damper / contact. This gap that resulted in sparks spark that can make ABSw burned.
installation of ABSw on the network, among others used for:

c. Separation of the network manually when the network is interrupted.

recloser is the equipment used to protect when there is interference, on the downstream side will open automatically and will do the reclose up to several times depending on the setting and finally will open permanently if the interruption is still not lost(lock out).recloser normalization can be done either manually or by remote system. Recloser also serves as a barrier to the area that is extinguished by permanent disturbance or can localize the disturbed area
recloser has 2 (two) characteristics of operation time (dual timming), that is fast operation (fast) and slow operation (delay)
According to the recloser phases differentiated above:
a. 1 phase recloser
b. 3 phase recloser
According to the sensor used, the recloser is distinguished upon:
a. recloser with voltage sensor (using voltage transformer) used in east java
b. Reclosers with current sensors (using current transformers) are used in central Java
AVS installation when there is a short circuit
Ways of working :
point B we consider an interruption, so PMT trip and section A, section B, section C, section D is not on hold. AVS 1, AVS 2, AVS 3 will open after an interval of t-3 = 0.5 seconds. pBO - 1 works and after reaches 60 seconds, PMT Repeater reenter (Reclose 1), then t -1 = 10 seconds interval after AVS 1 feel voltage then AVS 1 will close. Because in section B there is still interference then PMT Repeat trip again. aVS 1 & AVS 2 immediately locks because time feels very fast voltage (smaller than time t-2 = 5 seconds). PBO - 2 works and after reaching 180 seconds, PMT Repeater reenter (Reclose 2) and section A are on hold. Section B, section C and section D are not on / off. the power flow of the Disperse is only in section A only.in addition to installed AVS that is operated automatically is also widely used LBS which operated manually and has the same function that is as a breaker tool that can localize the network section is disrupted so as not to affect the other network section.
