I don't think so, but more and more people accused him lately. Honestly, I had the feeling too, that he is able to see the whole map or have some kind of a minimap. There is something like that in Agar.io too, and that would be an incredibly big advantage for a player here.
After more than a few times of him making extremely odd launches off-screen towards me and other players I did a quick google search and it does seem that there are javascript injection methods for "hacking" agario and there seemed to be the types of things you mentioned like minimaps or perspective hacks, so I don't see why similar things wouldn't also be usable on here. It wouldn't surprise me, even when there is no money involved you'll still have people using hacks in any competitive game like counter-strike or cod, or cheat codes in single player games even.

Exactly this! You simply can't do that without incredible risk, because there could be another player easily, who could punish and eat you for being reckless. You can pull this off constantly if you know there is no one else around, only you and "your victim".
