Aceh noodles, a blend of flavors that inspire the taste buds

Every region in Indonesia has its own special food, known to have a tantalizing aroma of spices. This time I will discuss one of the special foods from the island of Sumatra, especially Aceh. Its name is Aceh Noodles, this one dish of food is in the form of yellow noodles with a large enough size served with a curry soup that is quite spicy, can be added with topping of mutton, beef, shrimp or squid.
