Hwedupbap (Korean Sashimi Mixed Rice)
For the sauce
2 big tbsp gochujang
4-5 tbsp vinegar
1-2 tbsp sugar
mix
Take sashimi grade fish and cut into bite size pieces
Add rice to a bowl
Add shredded lettuce or greens of your choice
Top with fish and add as much sauce as you like
Drizzle I'm sesame oil and add roasted sesame seeds
Mix and dig in
