We are pleased to receive your entry in this week 3. From the videos you have uploaded and from what you have written, we observed that
You did your warmup and cardio as instructed
You also did the tummy programs
And for this week's programs, you did the lunges, the leg raises, the glute bridge, the squats as instructed, detailing the repetitions.
You have also stated that you did stretches to balance the programs.
You have told us your overall feelings and your determination which is what we truly appreciate.
The pains are normal. If you continue, they are going to subside and you will build your body to endure and overlook those pains and with time, you are going to get more results.
I want to believe that you stayed hydrated during the programs and beyond.
On the overall, congratulations on successfully completing this week's programs. We hope to see next week.
