Hello my sweet friends and family, i hope you are healthy and blessed i am goid too. Today i am very happy to take part in the challenge that is really need of daily life.

As respected teachers given a questionare I will start answer to be honest and of course this course will enable to me to learn a lot about fitness and healthier lifestyle.

What do you hope to achieve with this training plan?

Well!!!! I found this course very effective as my daily watching the fitness exercise of my respectful mam @ngoenyi & @genomil
and I knew she is pretty good in it, its free of cost and in every week I will learn new things in order to keep my body in shape and stay fit.

I amnot obese nor much slim as I am taking care of my diet and avoid sweets and much oily things in daily life.

Moreover I mostly do my house chores by my own and that is also an exercise rather to sit and invite fats to get deposited in areas of belly and hips.

In my point of view best time for walk is early morning after Fajar prayer I used to go upstairs and do 15 minutes walk, refreshing morning and walk keeps me very active during my day. The time for walk is 5:30 am mostly at that time I am free and doll is also sleeping.

I have included everything in my daily food except of cold drinks as its not healthy I ate all seasonal fruits and vegetables in moderately because these are need of my body and contain essential nutrients and minerals. I maintain my hydration well so that there is no cramp in my body due to low water contents.

I couldn't join gym but I do exercise at home after follow videos from YouTube which is good media yo learn. But now I am learning from instructor videos which are more helpful.

Well of course body warm up is mandatory to start any exercise4 I do it and then did every step of exercise for 5 minutes only.

Jumping jacks

I did jumping jack for 5 minute it almost simple and easy to do and full body in involve in it, by lifting whole body I repeated it 15 to 20 minutes.

Squat jump

Its little difficult yo do but highly effective as it works well and belly fat can be lessen by working it out daily for 5 minutes. I will increase its duration passively.

Kick boxing

Its is highly important in cardio exercise it strengths chest muscles and also oxygen holding capacity is improves, I did it 15 to 20 times.

Dancing

How simple it seems but I felt it difficult as hold the body to a leg and touched the toe but its good enough because dancing itself is good for boosting body stemina.

Jogging

I did jogging because while standing at one position we felt running moderately perhaps one of the best thing which can be dine in cardio exercises.

The lastly effective is the running from stairs its good because passively helpful for reduced the excessive weight and also we can increased oxygen carrying capacity of lungs.

I relaxed myself for few minutes as my body was sweat and warm too.

Perhaps I found running from stairs and jumping jacks best exercises for cardio as my body will build stem in a with time and u can prevent myself from becoming obese and also the fitness can be improved which would prevent me from being tired soon as my daily routine us very busy. I will do work on mountain climbing it would be difficult but I will do it soon.

I love the way you did the jumping jacks. Really, steemit is a play one can learn to do things they left behind. I wasn't a fitness type of person though but what about now, I'm enjoying every bit of it as the encouragement and motivation are just there. Healthy living plus exercise makes you energised.
