Welcome to this week's exercise, working out makes the body system healthy and functional. I will be participating in this cardiovascular exercise. I hope you find my programs interesting, it may be funny but I really appreciate the outcome.Lets get started.
What is cardiovascular exercises
These are programs that increase the breathing in the heart , it can also be called the Aerobic exercise which includes walking, swimming and cycling. The essence of this exercise is for the proper functioning of the heart and strengthening of the lungs. Lately, we see people who died due to heart arrest which my be traced to lack of blood flow in the heart ,hence they find it difficult to breathe well. This exercise can help ease chest pain, free flow of blood.
Why is it important.
This exercise is very important to the heart as it helps the free flow of blood around the lungs.
It helps to reduce too much fat in the body.
It also reduces the risk of high blood pressure.
Regular cardio exercises helps us burn more calories in our body.
Programs that target the cardio
Arm circles. This exercise is done by rotating the arms in a circular motion. It targets the heart for it's better functioning.
Skipping. This is done by skipping a rope , it very good for the muscles which also targets the heart rate and strength .
Cycling . This can be done with bicycle, the end results of this exercise is the heart.

What is your overall feelings as you carried out the programs. Did it build more endurance in you? Explain
The first day ,I didn't complete the stipulated time because I was in a haste. But today I had all the time to do the programs, I can say the exercise looks simple but if someone is not slow and steady it can be exhausting. It build the endurance in me because I was able to endure till the end. My heart was beating very fast I felt like stopping halfway but no I finished it well with enough sweat on me.
When it was time for the aerobic dance that was where I found comfort, because it was like a relief after the running at a place. I didn't get tied during this program rather I dance untill I was ok.
How does it affect your overall wellbeing
This program affected my overall well-being , it gave me a well relaxed sleep. It regulate my heart beat and also strengthened my muscles. It was a good program that I want to be doing regularly if I have time. I'm so happy for this week's exercise it was convenient and simple. I'm looking forward for next week.
