Thanks :) currently it has STEEM balance, so you can immediately get STEEM if you transfer STEEMP to @steemfinex. Even if there is no balance you want, your fee will decrease if you wait. Basically it gives an incentive for market maker.
Im so proud of you for making @steemfinex and I hope to help by getting someone to use one of thir 2 free domains at https://codotvu.co.vu to create steemfinex.co.vu to redirect to your site at least for now
and maybe youc an get help from @blocktrades to find someone to create a nicer GUI maybe ask help to get a very very simple GUI with a few buttons and keychain integration by @yabapmatt which would let you make transactions via keychain in browser wallet extension, OR steemconnect...
