That walk the Japanese guy and his son did that you mentioned is The Camino, a very famous pilgrimage in the north of Spain. I've been meaning to do it for a while, but haven't yet... maybe next year!
Wow, i didn't know that .. maybe someday i could walk that too.. seems to be cool
