Man, that's one hell of a story. I love your attitude in life, taking things in stride, it's a good way to be. And I'm glad you got out of that car before anything worse happened. What an asshole, the guy who sold it to you. I can't imagine how desperate you'd have to be for cash to endanger children. :/ Anyway, hope your Steemfest plans go swimmingly! <3
Thank you @honeydue! Yes, it was quite a shock to me to see this guy would knowingly sell a dangerous car to someone, especially with kids! And I don't think this has anything to do with him being strapped for cash, because they seem to be doing OK. It's what he does: he buys and sells cars. He told me that the car came from his sister/brother in law, but not sure if that's true now either. He does have a drinking problem though, so that might add to the fact that he just doesn't seem to care about others at all. I know for a fact that he doesn't really care much about his wife's opinions either. Ugh, some people.
But yeah, Steemfest!!! Can't wait! So bummed you're not going to be there though. I guess I just have to come and visit you in Romania :)
