RE: It All Comes Down To A Choice!!! What Will You Choose?
Sometimes it doesn't even take hard work. From my experience it is more about being in alignment with receiving the blessings. I didn't work hard to win the plane ticket. I just knew it was MY opportunity and set myself into sharing my inspiration for going. I knew I would win, I just didn't know when.
Usually when things are hard, I find that I am either not ready, or it is truly not in my best interest. We each have our own challenges, and I find most of them are in our heads.
I'm so glad you are going. Will be fun to laugh with you again. (I imagine you meant "there is no scenario in my head as to why I WOULDN'T go. ) Now is the time to gather some Steem and make it happen. <3
That's interesting actually. I shall keep this one in mind - never thought it of that way.
Though, I must say that I find it hard to eg. get a consistent income through steemit, but that won't stop me from trying. Maybe it's not meant to be for me, or maybe I just have to work for it a little bit harder.
And yeah, I am on mobile now and typing is really laggy sometimes, so I sometimes it misses my input :(
Or maybe the timing for your Steemit career is not yet ripe. Perhaps there are other things you need to experience first, or that will give you greater perspective, more skills, better contacts, or ....? Or maybe there is an opportunity waiting in the wings for something that would be even more inspiring than Steemit. Or maybe Steemit will explode and we will all be living off our blogs, sending each other little love notes, upvoting our favorite posts--maybe just not yet. I'm remembering to embrace everything regardless of what it looks like from my limited perspective. it's all perfect, right now!!
Would be pretty amazing if we could live off of Steemit. Man, I would be in heaven!
Maybe right now is not the time, but maybe in the near future it will be and I want to be there when that happens. Doesn't mean I won't stop trying in the meantime :)
I must say though, I am quite okay with where I am right now, though I just want to grow! I'm young and I want something, haha.
So far I an really happy with steemit. I couldn't imagine having an account worth of $6000 when I accidentally met Meghan and spontaneously came to SteemFest (and met the most amazing people too)! I wasn't much invested but I am starting to understand, enjoy and use it more often every day!
I do believe it is possible that we live off of Steemit -- there are people like the @hilarskis buying automobiles and paying all their bills. They have made a serious investment of time and energy, giving back great value to Steemit and this community. I feel that what goes around comes around, so what we give we receive in return, often incredibly multiplied.
Gratefully, no matter our age we have infinite possibility, as long as we recognize that and can engage it. Being open to what comes and following our inspirations will guide us to a fulfilling experience. I also believe that doing what we love over doing what makes money will pay off on many levels, including financially.
I'm glad you're seeing the value in Steemit. @firepower is a great one to hang with and find appreciation for what is. Good job tuning into that!
Thank you for this well thought-out reply. We should bundle some of your quotes up and make a book out of it because whew!
I love your philosophy. You are a great person, @everlove.
I only aspire to be like @hilarski one day - it would be amazing. Travelling forever as I Steem on sounds like a dream come true. I believe @firepower is on his way to victory though. Taking his parents out for dinner, buying a new Macbook.. And he definitely deserves it. I owe him big time for introducing me to this platform and I am forever grateful for that.
Steemit is a combination of community and love, but also does not lack in charity and offering the possibility to give people some financial push in the back. It really is a great platform and I hope to be here for a long time <3
Thanks for the acknowledgement @sjennon. I feel I have a lot to say--been going through a lot and doing the internal work. Experience breeds upgrades--thank goodness for evolution!!
@hilarski is truly an inspiration. Amazing things he has to offer and sets an incredible example of what is possible. I'm also glad that @firepower is coming through strong, and that he is being rewarded for his efforts. He's a great soul and one of my favorite people I met at Steemfest.
We all have a lot to be grateful for Steemit. For that it is worth giving our time and our energy to make it even more magnificent -- for what we put in, we will get out. I love that we are sticking with it through thick and thin. Our steady devoted attention will pay off. So glad you're finding the value in it. It may be the saving grace!!!
