Yes, I receive this message nearly daily if not a few times a day. I noticed that if I close the screen, open a new one and type: steemit.com I am not blocked and can work on.
As far as I know this only shows if you work/write in steemit, switch screens to search for a link, picture or someone's name. If you try to go back to the steemit writing pad this message shows.
At times it does too if I return back to Steemit after doing something else.
It feels to me it's as if the address in the browser is "expired" or some failure is added to it. So if you delete it and change it into steemit.com the problem is solved.
It feels to me this is a built in message from the Steemit platform.
My internet vonnection is slow and not steady but it doesn't seem to cause this problem. If bad connection is the case I have to proof a robot I am not a robot, slide stupid slices of a luzzle, click arrows to make b fit to see or click trafgic lights kr bikes endlessly because of unclear tiny pictures on my phone.
