The problem with displaying posts after publication

This is a test post to check the publication not in the communities, but in my blog.

To date, the display delay has been 50 minutes in one community and 20 minutes in another, already during the test publication, and I'm wondering what will happen next, so I won't write much.

But what I find particularly interesting is that the post after publication was not visible anywhere or to anyone, not even to me on my blog. With a quadratic system, this looks completely abnormal, because bots do not need to see the post in order to vote for it at the right time.
