Flatbread Monday
Well my two days of being Home alone have come to an end, the Family got home round 4pm this afternoon which was good.
Today i have just been making sure the house is spic n span for their arrival home, been for a couple of walks but that is about it.
Went to the Supermarket and found these Flatbreads which i thought would be good for dinner with some air fried chips - nice and easy!
I got some Roast beef plus some Mushrooms and Tomato's, add in some onion and cheese and we are ready to go.
On the right two of the Flatbreads have had a coating of Tomato paste and now we can load the ingredients on to these bad boys.
Here are the first two which turned out looking very nice, they tasted pretty good as well and all of it was eaten.
The top one is a garlic one and just cheese on the one below, the garlic ones were the first to go.
Its good having the Family back home and they must now start prepping/thinking about the up coming school year.
As for me my first work assignment of the year is most probably going to be going back to Melbourne Australia, which could be worse.

The pizza looks delicious! I love how simple ingredients come together so easily and deliciously and turn into something delicious. Plus, the hint of garlic adds a little pecan flavor😄.
