Saturday for me has been a pretty relaxing one with only one 1.6K walk this morning, i have washed 2 cars plus vacuumed the insides as well since it's another sunnish day here.

My partner mid afternoon made some Bruschetta which we ate outside on the deck, they were very tasty and i think i could have eaten the whole plate myself 🐖🐷🐽

So yesterday we chopped off the mushrooms from the pack and cut them up ready to cook them.

Butter in a fry pan with salt n pepper and we browned them up, they taste different from the shop brought ones and i think i would enjoy them more in a risotto or pasta.

I am not a picky eater but after eating the mushrooms i felt a bit like this...

Tonight i will be watching the Basketball which starts in 30 minutes, enjoy your Saturday.
