Today has been a lot like the last couple of days with another 28K bike ride, after i got up and had my morning cup of coffee i decided to go around the 3.5K block before going for my Bike ride.
For the past couple of days there has been no wind but today it was back, it's always good when it's behind you and i suppose it does make you work that little bit harder going into it.
At least it was not raining and i even had the sun on my back for some parts of the ride.

After my bike ride i had a nice shower and then bout 30 minutes later i went and had a nana nap for an hour.
Then once up again i decided to go around the 3.5K block again, so i have walked 7K and biked 28K today, think i will be relaxing for the rest of the day.

Currently i am watching my local Basketball team play their first game of the 2025 New Zealand Basketball league.
I have couple of HUGE bets on the game LOL

Yep both lost so i have to go visit the park and give handjobs to get my $3 back
The Town i live in has a massive population of around 16K so dickhead drivers are around but not plentiful
16k... massive? Such a different world. The small town that I live in has a population of about 100k and dick head drivers are plentiful. The suburb (village) that I currently live in has a population of 11k ๐คฃ
