4️⃣in a row 🚶🚶🚶🚶
Today i managed to walk 21K (Half Marathon) for the 4th day in a row, i must say it's quite easy to do this and i wonder what is my limit?
Another busy day with the walking plus doing household jobs, couple loads of washing mowed the lawns and cleaned 2 x showers.
So as you know i have a target of 500 kilometers walking in the month of November, with only 2 day's left i am on target to reach that goal easily.
On the left is today's effort and on the right it is the last 4 days of 21 kilometers each day :)
This one shows i have walked 474 kilometers so far in November which sounds like a lot, but when you break it down it's only 17 odd kilometers per day.
For dinner we had toasted sandwiches and i had mine on Pita bread as it's a bit healthier than white bread, i had Ham cheese & pineapple.
We also had some chips which were cooked in the air fryer so a reasonably healthy dinner.
So with 2 days to go and only needing 26 kilometers needed i feel very confident of reaching my goal.
In the month of December i plan to ramp up the mountain biking and would like to do 1000 kilometers, that equates to 32 kilometers per day including Christmas day.
I will also be doing some walking in December but the biking will take priority.
This has been my Thursday here in my part of New Zealand.
