Are you sure that's the legitimate job ad? In my country, some job seekers circulate fake job ads just to get an idea of where they stand in the market by checking up on applicants' resumes and portfolios. I hope that's not the case at your end because it would be ridiculous to go this far (talking about interviews and 3-day tests).

Gosh 🤦‍♀️ no, that was not the case. I saw a picture of this one manager beforehand on the company website. And the HR manager - I found her LinkedIn profile. The exam contained examples and papers from their work, so there's no way it was all rigged. There are many scams in this country, but most, at least in my experience, are perpetrated by employers, not job seekers.
As for the experiment... I don't know how interesting it will be to the audience. It was interesting for me, to confirm my opinion, my feelings, my position... although it was not positive. Well, in the next post. 🙂
