This is my review of one of my new favorite songs from an Iranian Rock/HipHop artist Mehrad Hidden
It's been a while that I'm listening to one of the best tracks in the “Zozanaghe” Album of Mehrad Hidden (he is a hip-hop artist who is also a rock artist in Iran) this song is called “KAJ”. As this music track really motivates me I can't resist sharing this review with you. So let's do it!
As I said the song is called “KAJ” and it was released just 7 days ago, I mean in 2022 2nd March.
The song is about emotional things that happen in life, about loneliness and being separated and maybe love, it is also about the effect of being separated and left alone.
The intro starts with a mysterious guitar arpeggio and melody while Mehrad is singing along with deep vocals, Actually, the intro is the Chorus of the song with a little bit changing after Intro the song goes to the first verse without any passage, I mean immediately, Mehard do this awesome and his work make you encourage to listen to the rest of the song. then in time 1:06 music goes to a drop and after that, the magnificent chorus started, I had a goosebump all along with the chorus. one thing that makes this part dreamy is the reverb on the vocals and the melodies and guitar line, The first part of the chorus has drums and guitar melody and arpeggio and in the second part, the musician adds some pads to the song. After chorus the song goes to the bridge, the bridge has no drums on it and finishes with muting all other instruments, then the chorus starts again with some reverse synthesizers, and go on! In the end, there is a nice outro that starts with a beautiful mixture of Persian and western solo guitar and as it keeps going forward with backing guitar support the vocals start again with strings and harmony vocals which makes it really beautiful, the song ends with a rock riff.
