As a student one deserves to know what to do in the bid to enhance or enforce effective studentship.
Who is a student : A student is a person who is studying at a college, polytechnic or university or anyone who studies or who is divoled to the acquisition of knowledge. A student must always have a goal in his educational setting. There are some responsibility of a student in our institutions today

*To have a purpose for one mission and to endeavour to achieve this purpose
*To become aware of what is expected of one and aspire to do it
*Getting acquainted with the rules and regulations of the institution and subjecting oneself to them.

  *Being able to develop a sound personality in the process of performing the various roles of a student in a school.

What factor can hinder effective studentship
Effective studentship refers to the satisfactory performance of the role of a student.

The factor which cause hinderance is
1.sound understanding of one self may arise through social group like gangs, cliques, and so on
2.lack of a dear sense of direction and purpose as to why the student is in school
3.failure to set target to be a problem which some student encounter
4.lack of full knowledge or sometimes disregard for the school rules and regulations
5.the lack of a sound knowledge of the academic programmes of the institution and their requirements sometimes becomes the problems of the students
Effective studentship connotes good behaviour and success in academic under taking and in fact all round development.an effective student keeps his eyes and mind on the need for a successful stay at school and on his mission for a better future
