  1. Walking (30 minuts daily)

    There are many benifits of daily walking .It makes legs strong and makes body healthy.it helps to improve blood pressure . It protect the body from heart attack and protect us from out of breathing.
  2. Drink water On An Empty Stomach Immediately After waking Up ( one glass minimum)

    Daily drinking water on an empty stomach makes digestive system healthy and strong.It clean kidniese and make them healthy . It regulates body organs.It clean blood also.
