Seven minutes to get fit and lose weight

It often happens that one does not have time to go out and take that daily walk that is giving us such a good result. Whether for traveling, for the daily hustle and bustle with the family or because at work we have had to deal with more work than we expected, training can become a titanic task. But once again the technology comes to our rescue, and this time it does so in the form of an application.

'Seven' is possibly one of the most amazing applications that there is to exercise and so we can get in shape without the excuse of "I do not have time" can with us. This free app available for iPhone -compatible with the Apple Watch-, Android and Windows Phone is possibly one of the most useful that we will use in the AppdelgazaTech program.

The idea is simple: take advantage of any time and place to do a marked routine and, if all else fails, that at least we have done some exercise during the day. Seven offers exercise routines to do in our home that, as its name suggests, will not take us more than seven minutes. Well, if we are realistic we must say that they are almost eight -7: 50 "- but we are not going to plan on Ministry of Time either ...

Surely right now you will be asking yourself "only seven minutes do not give anything", but I assure you that they give more than you think. The first few days you will suffer some stiffness as you can not even imagine, and once you have taken the pleasure you will see how you want to do longer routines, there are. Indeed, there are longer routines that last up to almost 40 minutes and we will always be able to decide if we want to train our entire body or focus on a part of it.

Although there is a 'but': if we want to work on specific parts of the body we will have to go through the box, and it is not exactly cheap. Do you want to work your arms exclusively? Well, it's € 3. Your legs? Another three euros. The legs? Three more ... The same if you want a plan to burn calories, to increase your strength or a more cardiovascular workout. And three by three the thing can be somewhat expensive.

In spite of everything, the free part of the application is more than enough to get going and take advantage of those dead minutes in the morning or night to exercise, because the important thing is to do something every day and not be carried away by immobility. Christmas is history and it's time to get back on track ... with technology and willpower.

And yes, after returning to our wonderful and effective routine, the results are again visible on the scale.
