RE: Historical rates for VESTS and STEEM
Don't get it. So what's the conclusion and insights of the historical data? It seems to me that the values are increasing over time. Is there anything special from the data?
I don't get it also. It's nearly linear in scope and that's what one would expect to see. What good is this information?
Responded above as well, but incase you missed it: it's a good reference for those who are trying to determine tax obligations. Many rewards on the blockchain are only historically recorded in VESTS.
There isn't any conclusions or insights that I'm providing, this information is needed if you're trying to figure out tax obligations for your previous earnings. When you look at a curation reward from April 2017 and it says "379.391059 VESTS", you can then use this data to figure out how much SP that was at the time, and thus how much value that was.
Ah, got it. I can see dropping off a truck load of reams of paper with the IRS and saying "here ya go, you figure it out!"
