The fact that cryptocurrencies can be used by criminals is a major concern. This has made some governments to rebuff the idea of accepting cryptocurrencies and some others to seek to regulate the use of cryptocurrencies. It's true that criminals use any kind of money so it won't be in their best interest if those government kicking against cryptocurrencies continue to do so. They need to accept it to benefit from the positives of cryptocurrencies and look for a way to regulate it.
