The first time that you verified, you did it with a member called pjau who missed your comment in Discord and did not submit verification.
So verification has never been confirmed with you.
Because of that you were asked to verify again today.
Since you have now verified via YouTube, your account has been verified.

Verification had nothing to do with your blacklist. It is about plagiarism.
Now if you want to be removed from the blacklist, you have to go through appeal process wich will last days and which includes apology post. You need to apologise to the community for refusal to stop plagiarism.
In apology post you need to mention both posts were you used stolen content and published as yours.
