What kind of LOVE brings true happiness?/ Sunday Selfies

In our time today , many persons have a misdirected kind of love, which is in fulfilment of the prophecy stated in 2 Timothy 3:1-4- "The apostle Paul wrote that in the last days, people would be “lovers of themselves, lovers of money,” and “lovers of pleasures rather than lovers of God. This is a selfish kind of love, we should not let ourselves to be caught up in that, or help in fulfiling that prophecy.

The love that brings true happiness is not selfish. It is based on love for God and causes us to do good things for others. We do not focus on ourselves but on our service to God. Jehovah is a happy God, and to be happy we must imitate him by showing love and being generous. Matt. 22: 37, 38 ; psalms 146:5
