What is Holiness and how to live it according to the Bible?
We will try in a few words to define the concept of "holiness": holiness is the quality of being holy, this implies living a completely pure life before the eyes of your creator (God). Through faith in our Lord Jesus Christ we go through the process of conversion in which by divine grace we are justified (sins are not forgiven) and immediately we are cut off from the world and consecrated for the work of God. We are converted into a new creature, his church pure, without spots and without wrinkles (Ephesians 5:27).
No one without the full guidance of the Holy Spirit can truly be considered holy, he is the one who guides us to all truth and all justice (John 16:13) so we need his presence and instruction every day of our existence to know what It is and how to maintain sanctity. Deserved or not, do what belongs to you and not expecting anything in return, God is just and his children also if indeed they are worthy representatives of him. The excuses are not valid, it is a biblical mandate that we must fulfill, in addition if we are saints, we practice justice and at all times.
Living in holiness implies many sacrifices, but it is worth it. Your life is safe in the hands of God, no matter the struggles or trials on the road, Christ loves you, died for you and deserves you to live in holiness.
